Juliette has been with the Albany Promise partnership since 2015, after serving as Education Policy Manager for SUNY Chancellor Nancy L. Zimpher, where she managed various aspects of the education pipeline and multiple initiatives related to cradle-to-career partnerships, teacher education, and statewide education policy, focusing on using evidence-based interventions to improve the lives of students and families across the state.

Juliette served as the chief content curator of the SUNY Critical Issues in Higher Education national conference. In 2013, the conference explored the use of Big Data to build a smarter university, and in 2014, the conference explored the concepts of large-scale change and collective impact.
